Research links are important because if I am lonely and looking to change things in my life then I need information and guidance about this state of being that would help me to gain confidence to start to make the changes. The first step is the knowledge that I am not alone —— 25% of the Australian population is lonely like me. I realize that loneliness is a social issue not just a personal one.
